Terms of Service

1. The service

Gemini Omni Editor provides prompt-based image and video editing, generation, versioned previews, and access to generated assets. Features, models, limits, and availability may change as the service evolves.

2. Accounts and security

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Credits, subscriptions, and payments

Prices, included credits, and generation costs are shown before checkout. Credits are for use in the service, are not cash, and are not transferable unless we expressly say otherwise. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not ask you to send full card details to us.

A subscription cancellation prevents future renewals when the applicable account or payment controls accept the request. Access and unused benefits are handled according to the plan and the Refund Policy.

4. Your content and generated results

You retain rights you already have in content you upload. You authorize us to process uploaded content, prompts, and generated results as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for having permission to use source material and for reviewing results before publishing them.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• break the law or infringe another person's rights;
• upload malware, harmful code, or content you do not have permission to use;
• circumvent access controls, rate limits, credit checks, or payment protections;
• generate or distribute content that creates a credible risk of harm, fraud, abuse, or impersonation; or
• interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

6. AI output limitations

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unavailable. It is not professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice. You must independently review output and accept responsibility for how you use it.

7. Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or payment integrity, or when these Terms are violated. We will handle remaining account data and credits according to applicable law and the service's policies.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every generated result will meet your expectations. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Changes and contact
